Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in QA or Software Testing
Hands-on experience in creating Test Cases and Test Scripts; experience in Manual Testing is a strong advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Good command of English, especially in reading and writing, as the project involves working entirely in English for documentation and communication
Experience in the banking or insurance sector is a plus

Plan and execute test procedures to ensure the system meets the defined quality standards and criteria, minimizing operational issues and aligning with business requirements
Coordinate with Implementers, IT, and Users to define comprehensive Test Cases for each function and module, including related modules, to ensure full system coverage
Identify and utilize appropriate tools to create Test Scripts, aiming to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
Monitor and control various types of testing activities to ensure alignment with project timelines
Collect and document test results, logs, and error reports; follow up on bug fixes and perform retesting prior to delivery to the next phase
