Responsibilities:

To enhance the capabilities of the Quality Assurance Department by providing technical and administrative support to the Engineering group in improving internal quality and yield of the product.
To ensure that all the procedures and guide line are being followed and executed in proper manner to ensure total quality control.
To assist QA Technician/inspector on technical support for the incoming, in process and outgoing inspection.
To monitor a vendor quality control system in qualification, internal continuous improvement and quality performance.
Monitor process yield throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Diploma or higher degree in Engineering or related field.
To have some basic QA Knowledge such as QC 7 tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D report, GD&T, measuring Tools/Equipment background such as CMM, Smart scope, Minitab program analysis or having exposure in ISO9001 environment in quality field.
