Position : QA Manager (New Model)

Salary : 100k-120k

Location : Chonburi (Pan Thong)

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the establishment of departmental work standards and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Identify issues and propose solutions to improve operations in alignment with the company's policies and vision.
Develop quality systems and new project control systems to meet customer requirements.
Drive engineering team excellence in quality.
Propel continuous quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
Develop strong internal and external relationships to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate to support the delivery and adherence to production strategies.
Communicate the impact of market changes and potential effects on design and production development, while recommending solutions that maintain quality and service, enhancing cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years with QA experience.
Experience with DFMEA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Lean Manufacturing techniques such as Six Sigma.
Good at English
Knowledge of IATF16949
