R&D Manager (Speech Recognition)

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Love Speech Technology and have strong will to make business with it
• Improving Speech Recognition Engine
• Coaching and training Speech Recognition concepts to engineering team
• Providing an appropriate solution to a customer
• Supporting sale team in technical area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields.
• Native Thai speaker
• Good English communication skills - written and verbal communication skills
• Good Presentation Skill
• Strong experience in Speech Recognition, Statistical Language Modeling, or Natural Language Processing
• Experience using HTK Toolkit, CMU Sphinx Speech Recognition Toolkit or SRILM is a plus.
• Proficient programming skills in Perl, Python, Ruby or other script languages
• Good initiative, strong analytical, problem solving, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages (e.g. Japanese, Mandarin etc.) is desirable
