Responsibilities:
- Develop cost-effective designs for materials used in air conditioning systems, including steel plates, nonferrous metals, resins, and refrigeration parts.
- Collaborate with the factory department to formulate procurement strategies and policies, participating in supplier evaluations as needed.
- Support product development from design to testing, audits, and technical assistance to ensure high-quality products.
- Evaluate material specifications, plan and execute tests, analyze results, and expedite adoption by addressing critical issues.
- Assess production quality and advise suppliers on process adjustments to meet technical requirements.
- Create 2D drawings, compile structure lists, prepare instruction manuals and specifications, and generate standard procurement documents.
Qualifications:
- Age : 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor or higher in Engineering or any fields
- At least 2 - 3 years experience as Engineer of Material Improvement
