Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
• Excellent communication and people skills
• CPIM or other related Supply Chain professional qualified would be preference
• To be responsive and proactive with customer requests by seeking all necessary supports from people within organization or outside organization in response to customer requests.
• Planning and purchasing raw materials and ensure that raw materials are not over purchased which may lead to surplus stock or aging stock, action taken for slow moving and surplus stock.
• To monitor and regular update supply parameter in MRP system and PO maintenance.
• Expedite raw materials delivery with suppliers to meet schedule requirement.
• Working closely with Production planner to ensure raw materials are delivered to meet the changes of production schedule.
• To ensure raw materials are received into ERP system in a timely and accurately with necessary information.
• Work with supplier to provide best solution for non-delivery or late delivery items to minimize impact to production scheduling and delivery performance.
• Manage supplier performance as KPI agreed, regular review supplier performance as target and evaluate supplier performance.
