Job Descriptions:
- Managing and fulfilling retail operation plan to meet company's objectives
- Be responsible to develop candidate interest for available positions.
- Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the retail stores as assigned
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Meet all recruitment timelines successfully the multiple candidates, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of recruiting experience with proven success in delivering results in a dynamic, demanding fast-growing environment (in a fast paced environment with cold-calling and headhunting skills)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines.
- Ability to build and understand the business strategies.
- Good communication in English skills
- Proficient in Head Hunting & Web applications like Internet Search engines, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
