Recruitment Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Position : Recruitment Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Location : Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Salary : 35000 - 45000

Responsibilities :

• Sourcing a potential candidate and make sure candidate are met with the company's requirements.
• Pre-screening the candidate, doing the pre-interview before sending applicants to the department managers.
• Meeting with department manager about the recruitment plan, make sure all opening position are filled within timeline.
• Doing orientation, preparing candidate onboard documents.
• Doing exit interview for candidate.
• Providing an assistance to candidate / answering questions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in recruitment in manufacturing.
• Be able to work at Pluak Daeng, Rayong.
• Be able to speak, read and write in Chinese.
• Working Monday-Friday
