Position: Regional Sales Manager - Thailand & Vietnam

(Industrial Manufacturing / Tooling / Precision Components)


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in Thailand and Vietnam.

  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers in industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and metal cutting.

  • Identify market trends and customer needs to position solutions effectively.

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align pricing, product development, and service initiatives.

  • Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes across the region.

  • Travel frequently across both countries to support clients and partners.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and technical seminars.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in tooling, manufacturing, or precision components.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

  • Fluent in English and Thai; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel regionally (50-70%).
