Position: Regional Sales Manager - Thailand & Vietnam
(Industrial Manufacturing / Tooling / Precision Components)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in Thailand and Vietnam.
Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers in industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and metal cutting.
Identify market trends and customer needs to position solutions effectively.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to align pricing, product development, and service initiatives.
Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes across the region.
Travel frequently across both countries to support clients and partners.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and technical seminars.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in tooling, manufacturing, or precision components.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Fluent in English and Thai; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel regionally (50-70%).
