  • Directly report to General Manager.

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

  • 75% travel within Thailand is required.


  • Engineering graduate and/or MBA in Marketing / Sales.

  • At least 10 years experience in Sales & Business development from automotive tier 1 companies. Preferably in stampings, body & chassis product.

  • Ability to connect and dealing with major OEM car maker in Thailand especially Japanese customer.

  • Proficiency in regional language - Thai (mandatory), English (Business level), Japanese (advantage)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skill.

  • Primary knowledge of product costing, manufacturing process etc.

  • Able to travel within Thailand and work in upcountry.
