Directly report to General Manager.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
75% travel within Thailand is required.
Engineering graduate and/or MBA in Marketing / Sales.
At least 10 years experience in Sales & Business development from automotive tier 1 companies. Preferably in stampings, body & chassis product.
Ability to connect and dealing with major OEM car maker in Thailand especially Japanese customer.
Proficiency in regional language - Thai (mandatory), English (Business level), Japanese (advantage)
Excellent communication and presentation skill.
Primary knowledge of product costing, manufacturing process etc.
Able to travel within Thailand and work in upcountry.
