Job Description:
1. Responsible for achieving sales, profit, budget, and pipeline growths in Water Control System business
2. Responsible for driving opportunities, develop and implement effective strategic plans, increasing market share, building & maintaining relationships with a focused drive towards business profitability.
3. Up-to-date on industry trends and developments in Control System business, and bring new ideas and insights to the customers and teams
4. Seek new business partners to expand new opportunity and market.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the existing and new customers.
6.Provide solutions and develop proposal to customer.
7. Pursue, negotiate contract pricing, term and condition.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields.
2. Fluent English, Sales/Marketing related major.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
5. Passionate, strong sense of teamwork.
6. More than 10 years of experience in project sales with relevant to the Control System.
7. Sound knowledge of Power Plant, Water Utility or Manufacturing Industries or related fields both in Government and Private Sectors.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word.
9. Ability to manage multiple key accounts and deadlines.
