Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, expand market channels, and target sales prospects to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover new opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.
  • Provide essential marketing, operational, and informational support to enhance channel growth.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate leads and boost brand visibility.
  • Lead and facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external clients.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare business reports, generate relevant statistics, and perform market analysis.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing activities, gathering customer feedback to inform improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within Healthcare, Tourism, or related industries; insurance experience is required.
  • Strong market analysis and marketing strategy skills.
  • Demonstrated abilities in administration, project management, and event coordination.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Valid driver's license required, with preference for candidates who have access to a personal vehicle.
