Sales Engineer (Chinese or Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve yearly sales targets and develop sales plans.
  
• Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities.
  
• Customize and deliver client-focused presentations.
  
• Prepare quotations and ensure pricing aligns with margin guidelines.
  
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
  
• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment follow-up.
  
• Provide regular sales reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  
• Collect market intelligence and analyze competitor activities.
  
• Support trade shows and conferences.
  
• Travel frequently to visit customers.
  
• Collaborate with internal sales teams on local and international key accounts.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and technical developments.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields)
  
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written)
  
• At least 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in technical or industrial sectors
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic financial calculations
  
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  
• Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and regionally
  
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
  
• Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude
