Description & Principal Purpose
This position is responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing activities for our industrial metrology product portfolio in Thailand

  • Responsible for all sales and marketing activities in Thailand
  • Creating technical and commercial proposals to customers
  • Participating and supporting various marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and seminars
  • Providing reports on forecast, market intelligence and competition
  • Financial
    • To meet the territory sales goals and objectives
    • To achieve and exceed target in all product divisions & territories assigned
    • To ensure profitability within the given territory
  • Sales
    • To visit existing and prospective customers regularly
    • To have a good knowledge of the IQS products
    • To have a good knowledge of competition
  • Customer Service
    • To ensure that the company achieves its customer satisfaction objectives at all times
  • CRM
    • Maintenance and update of Lead, Opportunities, Activity, and all relate to CRM topic.


  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering fields
  • Minimum 2 years in sales experience in engineering field, preferably in the metrology field
  • Experienced in making technical presentations to customers
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers
  • Dynamic and result oriented personality with good business acumen
  • Highly customer-oriented personality
