Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in industries.

  • Promote and sell a full range of electroplating chemicals, equipment, and surface treatment solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including on-site product trials, troubleshooting, and customer training.

  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends to contribute to strategic sales planning.

  • Work closely with technical and R&D teams to customize solutions and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and related documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the electroplating, surface finishing, or industrial chemical industry.

  • Good knowledge of plating processes such as zinc, nickel, chrome, anodizing, and passivation.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
