Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in industries.
Promote and sell a full range of electroplating chemicals, equipment, and surface treatment solutions tailored to customer needs.
Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including on-site product trials, troubleshooting, and customer training.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends to contribute to strategic sales planning.
Work closely with technical and R&D teams to customize solutions and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Accurately prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and related documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the electroplating, surface finishing, or industrial chemical industry.
Good knowledge of plating processes such as zinc, nickel, chrome, anodizing, and passivation.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
