Primary Purpose of Job

· To manage existing/new customer accounts to achieve the business goals.
· Responsible for strategic planning to grow sales pipeline and explore new business opportunities.
· To develop strong customer relationships with customers and expand network

Major Responsibilities


· Work closely with customers to formulate sales plan to grow the local market
· Understand consumer market segmentation demand and develop.
· Execute sales activities in accordance with timeline set in sales plan and monitor the progress.
· Work with the Marketing to roll out events on new market area to build brands' awareness and market share.
· Develop & maintain good relationship with customers through close work collaboration and communications.
· Keep abreast of market trends & development, new competitive products and offers
· Monitor sales performance versus sales target to ensure alignment.
· Prepare sales reports detailing sales performance, progress, opportunities, and risks.
· Follow up all issues raised by market's end-customer/such as product enquiries, marketing programs, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, payment, and other related matters.
· Coordinate with internal departments to seek appropriate resolution to all work issues.
· Perform other related duties or assignments as directed

Qualifications


· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 3-5 years of experience specializing industrial hardware or equipment sales.
· Results driven and possessed initiative to organize work independently.
· Strong in negotiation and data analytical skills
· Customer focused and strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
· Fluent English both speaking and written
