Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt the relevant sales metrics / revenue targets / milestones for space, digital and other non-space revenue
- Work with Portfolio Sales Manager to achieve revenue targets
- Regularly review progress against revenue targets
- Hold regular meetings with supervisor and sales team to assess progress and develop contingencies where necessary
- Adopt effective sales planning, sales process, KPI's/metrics, pipeline analysis and forecasting at individual level
- Provide specific and detailed reporting to the supervisor to enable transparency of activity and results which provide a basis for sound commercial management
- Challenge current working process and practices to find improvement
- Use/adopt relevant CRM tool to enhance sales operation efficiency and strengthen performance
- Drive best practice sharing, development of sales excellence initiatives and peer-to-peer collaboration
- Show tenacity and patience in dealing with the issues and challenges from both the company and customers
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement of every way we interact with customers
- A good understanding of customer needs coupled with an ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Understand the complexities that customers face upon buying exhibition space/services
- Develop and leverage strong partnerships to deliver best value
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications e.g business or marketing.
- At least 3-5 years' sales experience o A highly driven and enthusiastic sales professional with proven track record.
- Able to effectively communicate in English
