Fixed allowance: 5,000 THB
Report: Sales & Marketing Manager
Working Hours Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30
Location: Bangna-Trad Road KM.7 Outbound (Soi 45)
Gas - Toll fee : 8.5K (with receipt)
Mobile: 1.5K (with receipt)
Traveling - Meal THB 300 / day
Responsibilities:
To be an active part in achieving sales budget as planned
To work closely with Sales Exec./Manager and Technicians for market share penetration
To call on existing or potential customers (architects, designers, interiors, engineers, developer, contractor, etc.) and promote / specify products to meet their needs with professionalism and full technical knowledge of products
To plan, organize and lead meetings, seminars about product information for our customers and customers' training to their need
To be the representative of the company & promote products at construction exhibitions, trade shows or seminars
To report to the company in the daily report or other report format about: market situation, competitors' activities, customers' activities of customers and daily visit report
To maintain and strengthen a list of current customer information updated
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualification:
Female only, age 27-40 years old
Bachelor or Master Degree in Architectural field, Civil Engineering , Science , Marketing or related
2 years of experience in sales and in construction environment
Have experience in driving specifications of products to architects, interiors, contractors, etc.
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to organize and conduct product presentation to large group professionally
Be able to travel up-country
Have own car
