Position: Head of Sales
(IT Solutions & Networking Services)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute overall sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share in IT/networking solutions.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, coaching, and ensuring strong performance and motivation.
Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and negotiate high-value deals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
Provide sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention through consistent after-sales engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in the IT/networking, telecommunications, or systems integration industry.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
