Position: Head of Sales

(IT Solutions & Networking Services)


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute overall sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share in IT/networking solutions.

  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, coaching, and ensuring strong performance and motivation.

  • Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and negotiate high-value deals.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.

  • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.

  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention through consistent after-sales engagement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in the IT/networking, telecommunications, or systems integration industry.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
