Duties / Responsibilities:
Sales Manager direct report to Sales Director and General Manager (Expat)
Lead, direct and develop strategic sales team to achieve company targets
Plan, prepare and conduct all contract negotiations with customers according to the sales strategy lead and provide quotations
Communicate, negotiate with customer the corrective and improvement actions which are define with other involved department according company's products and capabilities
Follow up sales enquiries and customer complain
Provide market intelligence data collect and report in ERP system, the customers, market & competitor information for marketing, sales development, and budgeting actions
Ensure sales team activities reporting using corporate ERP system
Maintain existing business while search, define and acquiring new customers
Define and organize customer promotional events; take part by customer meetings and seminars
Monthly tracking of target achievement and producing reports to management team
Qualification:
Male/Female 35 - 45 years
Bachelor / Master's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
7 - 10 years' experience in Sales / Marketing, Business Development, Commercial and Project management from multi-manufacturing environment
At least 5 years' experience management level, OEM customers, Global Key Account management, corporate contract negotiations with International Headquarters.
Negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork and management skill
Able to analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations and implements solutions
Fluent in English both of speaking and writing skills
