Responsibility:

  • Accomplish sales targets within assigned territory, business line and time frame & support annual Sales and Strategy Plan for Thailand market. Be owner of the full sales process (prospection, bidding and closing) to his/her key account.

  • Build trustful long term relations with key account to foresee any upcoming project requirement. Basing our proposal and relationship in offering Technical support, creating Value Adds and helping customer to improve Total Life Cycle Cost.

  • Manage quotation process and responsiveness, manage quotes submission & effective response to and address incoming inquiries and negotiate contracts related to sales accounts and business development opportunities.

  • Lead & drive higher sales performance of sales team and application engineering team, with mission to build high level of customer centricity, deploy strong sales management process, and provide necessary hands on support to the team, for them to excel in their respective performance objectives.

  • Develop new accounts & ensure Key Account Planning for each key accounts, deployment of the team for key accounts with actions list to deliver results as planned.

  • Improve and increase sales through indirect channel (distributors). Responsible in aligning Distributor's team and Distributors with the Company plans and directions in optimizing Volume, Reach, Productivity, Product Distribution, Merchandising, Availability and Pricing.

  • Lead and provide support and encourage of customer service to all customers by utilizing good communications, productive activities and high levels of performances and professionalism by all departments within the organization Candidate profile.

Qualification:

  • Preferably a mechanical engineer with proven track record in Sales, business development of new clients, aftermarket sales (service, repairs, service & upgrades) and channel sales management for 5 to 10 years within the rotating equipment sector

  • Deep understanding & knowledge of different market segments (Oil and Gas, Mining, Chemical, Power Generation & Petrochem) with strong focus in aftermarket sales (Service & Parts)

  • Excellent communication, customer intimacy, commercial excellence, presentation and negotiation skills

  • A passion for sales, with a proven track record with strong customer focus
