Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and optimize sales efforts.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and provide insights to management.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our digital signage solutions.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or digital signage and LED industry.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  5. Solid understanding of digital signage and LED technology, industry trends, and customer requirements.
  6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
