Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and optimize sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and provide insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our digital signage solutions.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or digital signage and LED industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Solid understanding of digital signage and LED technology, industry trends, and customer requirements.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
