Job Description

Responsible for sales planning and development of sales teams for Cosmetics Ingredients, Health & Personal Care, and Homecare Chemicals lines.
Responsible for sales processes including team building and sourcing reliable suppliers to achieve sales and profit targets, as well as creating new market shares for the organization.
Possess knowledge and expertise in various types of chemical products to effectively advise sales teams and customers.
Maintain and foster good relationships with customers and potential customers.
Research and gather information on market trends, emerging manufacturers in the chemical products market to develop sales and marketing plans to increase future sales opportunities.
Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirement

Have at least 10 years of sales experience in the chemical industry related to Fragrance Chemicals, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial positions.
Responsible for leadership roles, demonstrating creativity, passion for sales, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Possess strong communication skills, including presenting information/work, coordinating tasks, and collaborating effectively with others.
Proficient in English communication.
Own a private vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
