Sales Manager (Home appliances)

Job Description:

• Focusing client on Property & Real estate industry.
• Creating effective sales strategies and plans to promote products or services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Setting and meeting sales targets, monitoring progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure targets are achieved.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour.
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable business deals.
• Leading and managing a sales team responsible, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Generating regular sales reports, analysing sales data, and providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Identifying and capitalizing on potential growth opportunities, such as new product launches or market expansion.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing or relate field.
• 5 years' experience of Sales Manager in home services is plus and relate industrial.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.
