Sales Manager (Beauty Products-Salon)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the B2B beauty market to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand brand presence.
- Design, execute, and assess promotional campaigns and events to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure the successful execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to resolve challenges and maintain smooth business operations.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on key account management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales manager role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing strategies, planning campaigns, and leading teams in a sales manager capacity.
- Highly responsible, with a strong passion for success and a high level of patience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership, initiative, and a proactive work ethic.
- Proficiency in English.
