Job Description
- Present the brand and products, including arranging demos and training for customers.
- Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring their needs are met.
- Offer, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Develop sales strategies and create annual/monthly sales plans.
- Coach and support sales staff to achieve their targets.
- Guide and assist team members in solving problems and meeting customer requirements.
- Recruit new staff by screening candidates and conducting interviews.
- Provide product and sales training to new hires.
- Report on sales results, staff issues, and customer feedback, including proposed solutions.
- Lead the creation of sales materials, such as catalogs and presentations.
- Organize and manage sales events, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide information on competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
- Generate ideas for promotions and advertisements.
Qualification
- Have an experience in hair indusrty.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
