Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and schedule internal production plans.
• Execute procurement of production materials, and manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished products.
• Manage procurement of spare parts, machinery, molds, jigs, and consumables for production.
• Source and evaluate suppliers both domestically and internationally.
• Negotiate pricing and purchasing terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and related documentation.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery aligned with production schedules.
• Process customer sales orders and coordinate internal production planning.
• Execute procurement of production materials and manage inventory of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
• Prepare monthly purchasing reports and analyze procurement and inventory data for continuous improvement..

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong learning ability, creativity, execution, and problem-solving skills; high dedication and good teamwork.
• Willing to be stationed in Thailand for the long term.
