Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sales activities and keep good relationship with customers and manages team.
· Lead Sales team and establish team objectives and working principles (customer base is developed and enriched by team).
· Ensure that team members deliver and strive to exceed the Sales Action Planning objectives and work as a team.
· Take direction from Manager and implement initiatives to team members.
· Motivate and inspire team members to perform.
· Provide guidance and support to team members.
· Maintain direct customer contacts.
· Handle special customer requests when required.
· Ensure consistent delivery of high level of customer service.
· Ensure effective communications with customers, Trade or Line management (head office or Asia Regional office).
· Encourage team spirit within team and other internal parties.
· Distribute reports from Performance Management to team members.
· Ensure all targets are achieved and take appropriate action when necessary.
Qualification:
· Min. 5 years with working experience in management level.
· Minimum Bachelor Degree / University graduated.
· Good command of spoken and written English.
· Excellent presentation.
· Knowledge shipping / forwarding industry.
· Good interpersonal communication.
· Leadership skills.
