Sales Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Support the development and implementation of local strategies with Chinese OEMs in Thailand.

Visit customers regularly to analyze situations, follow up on results, and report to management.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.

Identify and approach prospective customers to expand business opportunities.

Attend regular internal sales meetings and contribute insights.

Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and achieve sales targets.

Provide customers with pricing for new parts and design changes.

Update managers with daily action summaries and sales progress reports.

Maintain and validate customer databases and monthly sales reports.

Contribute to departmental and organizational goals as required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).

Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal skills with a good personality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills are a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience in the 1st tier automotive industry is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
