Senior Business Development Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough feasibility studies for potential investments, encompassing financial, marketing, and physical evaluations of assets. For instance, conducting a marketing study involves analyzing demographic reports, assessing competition, reviewing future trends reports, compiling general site information, and providing an overall market overview for real estate.
- Conduct on-site market surveys to gain deep insights into local demographics, lifestyles, demand trends, and emerging patterns.
- Play a significant role in organizing market focus groups.
- Research the industrial real estate market, compare findings with company projects, and utilize insights to enhance project effectiveness.
- Develop internal and external presentation materials and documents (e.g., Board of Director presentations, investment memoranda).
- Provide support throughout project development and operations phases, from conceptualization and legal processes to property development and strategic planning.
- Aid in restructuring existing operations to maximize potential and increase project efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the land acquisition team to identify potential new lands for developing projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate development/project management with a developer.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, finance, real estate development, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Capable of analyzing data and presenting key findings verbally and in written form.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of real estate finance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
