Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager - Pricing
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead our pricing strategy and execution. As the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase profitability. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new pricing opportunities, optimize pricing models, and develop pricing analytics to support decision-making.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth and profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and optimize pricing models.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop pricing analytics and models that support decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and effective.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in pricing strategy and execution, preferably in a commercial environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in pricing analytics and modeling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through pricing strategies.
Knowledge of industry pricing trends and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pricing software.
Flexibility to travel as required.
