Position : Consultant for Oracle Financial Accounting Hub
Your Role:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, lead business consultations, and translate these into design and configuration specifications.
- Support UAT testing by investigating issues, coordinating with users and developers, and addressing all techno-functional queries.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches that meet client needs while avoiding problems.
- Lead, coach, and advise small project teams, managing their performance as needed.
- Provide design options using prototypes and set up, document, and test Oracle systems while applying Oracle methodologies.
- Build trust with clients, teammates, and managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously develop your skills to contribute to business development and sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features to offer the best solutions to clients.
Levels of Opening positions: Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager
About You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. CPA qualification or Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 6 years of experience with at least 3 years with Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
- Experience in at least 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, preferably including FAH.
- Proven experience managing full life-cycle Financials projects or large implementations.
- Understanding of end-to-end functionality for modules such as Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Assets, and Cloud Cash Management.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Finance modules, preferably in General Ledger or Accounting Hub.
- Functional expertise in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including global design workshops, business process analysis, and system integration.
- Direct client interaction experience, providing guidance, training, and ensuring best practices in configuration principles.
- Ability to conduct requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents for the specified modules.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
