Responsibilities:

Define a competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics.
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
At least 5 years work experience on related field.
Good knowledge of compensation and benefits.
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems is preferable.
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Knowledgeable in HR end to end process.
