Senior Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct all human resources management functions, including recruitment, HRM, Compensation, and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with the corporate management team in managing, conducting, and implementing corporate policies related to human resources, organization, employee development, human resources planning, human resources budget, HRM strategies plan, policies, and procedures in line with business strategies and corporate direction.
  • Translate business strategy and objectives into HR goals, plans, and tactics aligned with the plant's business demands and policies.
  • Provide HR processes and tools that enable the plant to reach its mission.
  • Drive cultural change, change management and define succession planning with business heads.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of company core values and key performance measures into the performance management system.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, and assist leaders from different plants to better understand employees' needs and career aspirations.
  • Managing administrative operations related to employees Welfare and Benefits, Social Security, etc.
  • Oversee general affairs and administration and ensure good Government relations for any permission.
  • Being responsible for the employee onboarding process and probation process, including updating the employee database.
  • Managing employee engagement, Union engagement, and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Providing advice to line managers by partnering on moderately complex HR processes and procedures.
  • Delivering an ad-hoc analysis and other tasks as required, which relates to HR.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field with min. 15 years of direct experience.
  • Highly innovative and able to work under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking & Flexible.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English & computer literacy.
  • Well understanding of labor market and employment situations of industries In-depth.
  • Knowledge of all related laws & regulations (i.e. labor, social security, workmen compensation, International standard etc.) to be able to give advices to business.
