In charge of HR Management all function both HRM and HRD.
o Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, Welfare, Benefit, Employee document).
o HRIS
o Employee Relation (Activity, Rule and Regulation.)
o Training
o Recruitment
* Overseeing job safety and comply with Thai laws and regulations
* Manage Team member performance.
* Provide related documentation, control budget.
* Other tasks as assign.
Qualification
* Require the age not over 40 years
* Experience for Manager role for 8 years and above
* Work experience MNC / Employee more than 400 persons up / subordinate 5 - 10 persons
* HRBP Manager role experience is a plus
* New gen / Proactive / can do attitude
* English business both commu & writing
