Senior HR Manager (200-250K)

Location: Distribution Center, Wong Noi (new set up) / During construction office base at Phattanakarn Road
Fluent in English is a must!
Report to: Site Director (Foreigner) ; Able to communicate with EXCOM (All Expats)
Mon-Fri 8.30-17.30 hrs.
**Require some travel between sites 30%

Car Allowance 21,000 THB/Month + Fleet card

Objective
  • Provide the full spectrum of HR services (resourcing, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, learning and development, career development etc.) through timely intervention and collaboration with the business leaders to ensure proactive support for business growth while maintaining overall alignment with regional and local HR strategies and policies.

  • Constantly partnering business leaders in driving people-centred programmes to boost staff morale, increase job satisfaction, reduce staff turnover and maximise contributions from limited people resources.


Roles & Responsibilities
HR Shared Services:
  • Working as a team, convey needs of business to shared services units and collaborate in the delivery of services and solutions to business.


HR Managers:
  • All HR policies and programmes are harmonised with other HR portfolios.

  • Consulting firms and Service providers

  • Ensure HR services provided by shared service (e-HRIS, payroll system, head-hunting agencies, consultants, etc.) are in line with 3rd party logistic provider policy, business objectives and values.


HR Strategy:
  • Help business leaders understand HR policies and the need to align with HR framework and strategies.


Performance Management and Succession Planning:
  • As the main interface representing HR to the business, drive the annual performance review exercise in conjunction with Motiv8, ensuring all forms are sent out and collect back in a timely manner.

  • Coach managers and staff in the system/ Performance review exercise, including target setting, target achievement levels, and feedback techniques.

  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to formulate development activities based on the outcomes of the Motiv8/ performance review exercises.

  • Together with business leaders and Learning and Development team, map out career paths for all key positions.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Collaborating with the Compensation and Benefits team, administer all Compensation and Benefits matters for business including annual increments and bonus payment and raise any issues that are of concern to the staff in a timely manner.


Learning and Development:
  • Working with management staff and Learning and Development as a team, ensure all learning and development activities are effectively and efficiently executed.

  • Act as the conduit and channel any pressing Learning and Development needs to the Learning and Development team, working out the most effective solutions.


HR Operations:
  • Conduct regular climate survey to understand situation and work out solutions with management to maintain high staff morale and satisfaction.

  • Introduce/Share best HR practices where appropriate.

  • Provide advice/ counseling in disciplinary cases to management and/or affected staff.

  • Plan and organize staff events for business, including communication sessions, etc.


Resourcing:
  • Anticipate needs ahead of business cycles and recruit best possible talents both internally and externally.

  • Assist in recruitment & selection process including screening and interviews.

  • Anticipate that this person will need to work independently, but to draw needed resources from HR Specialist Team & shared HR services.

  • To support and cooperated with L&D on staff development and career path program.

Requirements:
  • 10 years of relevant HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial level.

  • Previous experiences in resourcing, C&B, training and employee relations

  • Knowledge of HR practices and Employee Relations creative.

  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource-related area

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management if basic degree is non-HRM related.
