Senior IT Support

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for efficient and effective delivery and support of all IT services at sites and basic IT infrastructure routine, maintain system and take care of data backup/restore procedures at sites.
  • General IT support for users to ensure that business operations are always running smoothly with minimum interruption.
  • Manage IT equipment to be ready for use.
  • Familiar with Documentation tasks such as create/update manual guide.
  • Enforce IT security/safety procedures and policies in accordance with corporate IT policy and direction.
    (This position will be under IT engineer most task is routine task and support task)
  • Responsible for receiving IT problems from Client via Mail, Call, etc.
  • Take care and answer customer problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or MIS/Computer Business
  • Must have basic knowledge of software or IT infrastructure
  • 3-5 years or more of work experience
  • Experience in Cisco product or Cisco Certified Networking Associate-CCNA is prefer
  • Driver's license
  • Having a service mind
  • Able to configure network components eg, switch, router and access point according to the requirement
  • Able to work on-site
