Job Title: Senior Manager, Human Resources - Financial Services
Salary: Above 150,000 THB plus other benefits

Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Human Resources will be entrusted with overseeing all facets of HR functions, encompassing HR Business Partnering (HRBP), HR Operations, and stakeholder management, both internally and externally. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overarching goals.
  • Offer guidance and support to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Identify key HR priorities and initiatives to foster employee engagement, retention, and performance.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development requirements.
  • Implement effective HR programs and initiatives to advance business objectives.

HR Operations:

  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency and efficacy.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and employees.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including vendors, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent the organization in HR-related meetings, conferences, and events.

Initiative and Project Leadership:

  • Spearhead HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP and HR operations.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving HR initiatives and achieving tangible results.
