Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the security management department and associated entities.
- Plan and manage fire prevention, traffic control, security measures, CCTV systems, store oversight, and administrative security tasks.
- Develop training programs related to fire prevention, traffic control, security, and CCTV systems.
- Create and manage strategies and budgets for the security department and affiliated entities.
- Enhance and optimize security and traffic management systems across all associated companies.
- Coordinate security management efforts with internal and external agencies, including governmental bodies, private sector organizations, and foundations, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze, plan, and address issues related to complaints.
- Monitor and audit document quality systems such as BSC, ISO, and RISK within the security management department.
- Plan and manage personnel within the security management department.
- Effectively plan, control, and resolve issues related to security and service operations.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in security management at a managerial level.
- Proficiency in security management and workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks.
