Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of designs and conceptual framework for marketing materials design for internal & external use
- Produce high-end marketing & communication material across a variety of media
- Ensure design compliance with the corporate identity & corporate design charter
- Support the network globally on design requests
- Ability to uphold brand and style guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Offer key executive consultancy-type service when developing meeting and business update presentations
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Manage time effectively, to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully
- Self starter with the ability to work independently
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Arts or related field equivalent to visual design is required
- At least 3 years of experience working with large-scale design including presentation, brochure, flyers, exhibitions & conferences, websites, e-marketing, video and advertising items
- A robust knowledge of design standards, a detailed sense for corporate identity, a creative mind for brand enhancement
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Attention to details, accuracy, self-motivation and the ability to work alongside strict deadlines under time pressure is a must
- Expert in MS Office program especially MS PowerPoint
- Mastering design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and VDO editor
- Computer language skills such as HTML is a plus
- Experiences in an international work environment is a plus
- Experiences in social media marketing is a plus
