Responsibilities :
• Develop and maintain front-end system such as website and online registration.
• Lead programmer in development of company back office, called “ATS2.0” (ATS version 2).
• Support technical programming to the team member.
• Provides technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for his projects.
• Ensures technical solutions are properly architected and specified, and reviews all code for quality assurance purposes.
• Help set direction for company technology practice.
• Collaborates effectively with marketing team about techniques during developing process.
• Consults to the Marketing team concerning online marketing
• Maintains Word Press CMS functionality properly.
• Ensures the team is proactive in company pursuit of new solutions and innovation within our technology practice.
• Ensures HTML/CSS is cross-browser and standards compliant and meets website responsive requirements.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of web development experience in PHP with OOP, Apache, MySql, and WordPress
• Understanding of MySql and database design
• Hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AJAX
• Good command of English communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work as a team, proactive, well organized, willing to learn new things, and focus on objectives
