Senior Production Supervisor

Position : Senior Production Supervisor

Location : Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Salary : 80000 - 85000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, on time, and meet quality standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolving problems related to machinery, equipment, or staffing.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards regarding product quality, safety, and environmental practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Having experience in production, lean management or process at least 5 years
• Having experience in automotive would be a plus
• Good in English
