Job description:
Supporting the Key Account Manager to develop key performance indicators to control and track the progress of project management.
Developing CAPEX for budget & action plans including short and long term plans.
Budget tracking and progress tracking for each project.
Being a project lead and project coordinator and communicating relevant project information/instructions between group members (both internal and external), other project leads, production and Engineering as per project management conceptual framework requirements.
Driving improvement initiatives and supporting productivity, cost reduction, VAVE and building continuous improvement.
Manage changes management to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Managing all aspects of engineering improvement project from start to finish so that they are completed on time, on quality and on budget.
Managing &department performance to meet targets, APAC report and escalate to management as needed.
Ensuring that projects are handed over to respective departments smoothly as well as operated at optimum efficiency, high productivity and required product quality.
Maintaining & follow all company policies e.g. Quality, Environment and safety Management System EH&S policy, 5Ss, etc.
Support the Company integrate Management System such as IATF16949: 2016, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or any Engineering related field.
At least 5-10 years' experience in engineering projects, project management, contractor management and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
Problem solving skills (including evaluating options, root cause analysis, systematic development of alternatives and defect analysis).
Experience in the areas of quality, internal process control, VDA and TS 16949
Good computer and English skills, able to present at conferences and meetings in English.
Good co-ordination skill, strong analytical skills, problem solving skills with a 'can do' attitude.
A team player who enjoys working in a busy, demanding environment.
Good computer, Microsoft project.
