Responsibilities: Focus on Customer relationship, Engineering, Commercial task.

  • Manage activities of dealing with existing customer's non-commercial requests, work in conjunction with concerning department with enhance collaborative working environment to effectively resolve issues or requests and to ensure good communication between company and customer.

  • Maintain excellent relationship and satisfaction level, provide or gain update information of customer or competitors, discuss new opportunities, and ensure pending issues or requests are close.

  • Lead or coordinate with Sales Executive team on specific or daily operational assignment. Representing manager when not available.

  • Support the Company integrate Management System such as IATF16949:2016, ISO14001 and ISO 45001.

  • Increase new business opportunities via serves customers by identifying their needs and consult on engineering adaptations of products, provides product technical and engineering information. Communicate customers' requirements & expectation throughout the organization and ensure the availability and sufficiency of resources and supports to meet the requirements & expectation.

  • Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with design engineers, and other related department, determines improvements by analyzing cost of equipment, processes, materials and engineering or proposing alternative changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials, gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.

  • Lead engineering activities by establishing networks, coordinate and cooperate with other region company's globally networked engineering & technical center, including attending global engineering conference call.

  • Identifies current and future potential customer in a position to understand requirements, establishes new accounts, planning and organizing sales visit schedule. Build of tunnels of opportunities from local or global channel for which the company can quote for new or existing customers.

  • Monitor and analyze sales, profit & loss of current programs already in mass production to determine appropriate pricing strategies to ensure the optimal profitability are achieved.

  • Manage commercial activities, including business case preparation and sub-quoting team to achieve nomination under the established margins, appropriated sales condition. Also coordinate sales activities with company sales in other regions around the world.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree major in any Engineering fields.

  • At least 10 years' experience in Sales & Marketing from automotive parts manufacturer with knowledge areas of VDA and IATF16949 are preferred.

  • OEM automotive product's knowledge and development, technical understanding, innovation.

  • Good command of English and Thai.

  • Good presentation skill, negotiation skill, co-ordination skill, strong analytical skill.

  • Good business sense, problem solving skills with a 'can do' attitude.

  • A team player who enjoys working in a busy, demanding environment.

  • Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Have own car with valid license.
