Position: Senior Supply Chain Manager

Report to Managing Director

Job Summary:

Sr. Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the company's overall supply chain strategies and operations. This includes planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory management, supplier relationship management and delivery. The ideal candidate shall have experience on CI/LEAN for improving productivity, enhancing efficiency while reducing costs and ensuring product quality and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
• Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory control to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
• Initiative, setting up supply chain strategy and collaborate with stakeholder in local and oversea.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Optimize logistics and distribution operations to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• SCM localization project focuses on building local supplier networks, sourcing products and services regionally, and establishing regional or local operations to enhance supply chain resilience and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders both local and international to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Maintain regular communication with local and overseas suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to coordinate procurement, production schedules, and shipment timelines.
• Act as a liaison between regional teams, global vendors, and internal departments such as Engineering, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage all supply chain activities within BOI and Free Zone, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and BOI investment promotion privileges.
• Oversee Free Zone logistics and inbound/outbound documentation processes, minimizing risk of non-compliance or penalties.
• Manage, coach, evaluate and develop direct subordinates (40+ members).

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management role handling for both strategic and operational assignments covering from demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory management, supplier relationship management and delivery.
• Proven experience from international / MNC Automotive Industry.
• Strong understanding of Free Zone and BOI regulations, customs clearance processes, and investment promotion conditions.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MRP).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Good command of English communication skills.
