Responsibility:
- Answer incoming support requests by email and phone
- Connect to machines worldwide and assist the client in machine operation, troubleshooting and Software training
- Assist customers to complete Technical Assistance Forms and RMAs
- International travel at short notice to support customer breakdowns
- Overtime to align with customer schedule
- Installing new machine systems and high-pressure pumps for Automotive, metal, stone and glass cutting industries
- Training client on machine operation, CAD software programming and basic PM
- Maintaining all aspects of equipment during PM or emergency breakdowns
- Assisting Production department with machine faults
- Machine Cutting samples for Sales and Marketing
- Assisting during Exhibitions - machine installation and removal from exhibition
- Center and customer demonstrations of equipment to potential clients
- Completing timesheets, checklists, and service report
- Produce instructions for customers and other staff on how to check for and repair faults
- Produce training videos for PM services and Software functions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Electro-Mechanical Engineer with Engineering degree or higher vocational
- Cutting Machine / CNC / or laser machinery experience
- Experience in Field service and customer training is an advantage
- Own car and obtain driving license, willing to travel upcountry areas
