Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer's equipment.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.
Provide service and customer support during field visits.
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers.
A minimum of 3-5 years' proven field service experience.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
Technical education and experience in injection molding business, blow molding or extrusion is mandatory.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
English skill (spoken, reading & writing)
Communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Able to read technical drawings, electric & hydraulic diagram.
Have own car and able to work in upcountry as assigned.
