Service Engineer (Machinery Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive inspection services to monitor customer usage of on-site equipment.
• Perform on-site maintenance of customer equipment and gather feedback on any issues encountered.
• Train customer maintenance personnel and conduct equipment acceptance testing.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Train outsourced installation and debugging personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of rubber or plastic structure technology and production processes.
• Familiarity with advanced after-sales service management concepts and tools.
• Extensive experience in debugging and maintaining tire machinery and equipment.
• Strong understanding of equipment structure, assembly, and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in ABB and Siemens control systems or design programs such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Willingness to undertake long-term domestic and international business trips as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to service delivery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
