Responsibilities:
- Panel Cooling System (Coolers / Chillers) installation, warranty support, and post-warranty services.
- Conducting cooler health checks, maintenance, and recommending lifecycle performance improvements for efficiency and energy consumption.
- Selecting the right products / replacement parts, resolving faults, and closing issues.
- Key Results: Improving customer satisfaction and generating new opportunities for service (spares, repairs, maintenance contracts) and replacement / upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in cooling systems service, manufacturing, or maintenance.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong service mindset and customer-focused approach.
- Valid driving license required; willingness to travel occasionally.
