Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Line teams to identify and propose value-added services to both existing and prospective customers.
- Take ownership of the Service budget, overseeing Service Engineers and Service Centers' utilization rates, and providing policy recommendations and implementation strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key end-users, maximizing our Service Portfolio by offering comprehensive Shutdown Planning and Management solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to ensure alignment with service objectives.
- Develop and implement plans to enhance service performance, continuously striving for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of service professionals, ensuring adherence to service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in flow control, with additional managerial experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of customer processes and/or flow control/valve technology is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
